We had an amazing value for our money, with spacious bungalows and a lush garden setting. The location was perfect, close to the Kohunlich ruins, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and warmth.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and healthier options.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the all-inclusive package which included food, tours, and drinks. The hotel is in a beautiful jungle setting, and the tours provided were fantastic. The food was tasty and well-prepared, with a good variety of local and Mexican dishes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were great. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Really enjoyed the included tours to the Mayan ruins and kayaking in the lakes.

The lack of internet in the rooms was a bit inconvenient, as it was only available in the lobby and restaurant. Additionally, the drinks selection was somewhat limited, especially in terms of wine.

The Explorean Kohunlich offers a beautiful collection of private bungalows nestled in the Mayan jungle. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location, close to the Kohunlich ruins, provided easy access to explore the archeological site. The daily included excursions, such as the tour to the Dzibanche ruins and the night kayaking trip at Lake Chacambacab, were delightful and offered unique experiences. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the guides were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights during the excursions.
